Breakfast for all senses



Sunny juice
2 oranges (organic)
5 carrots (organic)
Cut the carrots into smaller pieces, peel the oranges, process them into juice thru a juicer.

Morning porridge
100g frozen raspberries (you can also add fresh strawberries)
1 frozen organic banana
200 ml organic coconut milk
2 dl chia gel

Cube the banana, put the pieces on a plate and put it into the freezer the night before. Put 0.5 dl good quality chia seeds into a glass bowl and 1,5 dl water. Let it form a gel while you are making the sunny juice. Put the chia gel into a blender, then the coconut milk, then the frozen pieces of banana and the raspberries. Frozen banana makes the porridge creamy and ice cream like. Blend the porridge until it becomes silky smooth and gets a gorgeous color.
